Social Entrepreneurship as Students’ Social Transformation in an Indonesian Islamic University

This research aims to find out the work of students as young social entrepreneurs who are supported by curriculum instruments, understand process consolidating themselves well thinkers, and emergence new awareness among figure. is descriptive qualitative research. Informants in study numbered 70 had businesses such culinary, service providers, fashion, others. However, participants were willing be interviewed only 9 students. Data collection done through interviews, then data analyzed reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed that there was a change student self-orientation an agent characterized consolidation into entrepreneur has ability loopholes opportunities outside their academic tasks. do this cracking zone, actually want get comfort zone while trying realize become midst uncertain social, economic, political conditions.
